Information for Webmasters

If you wish to host any or all of the MeggieSoft Games at your own shareware site, you are hereby granted permission to do so, provided that the installation files and their contents are not amended in any way except, if necessary, changing the names of the installation programs.

If you wish for us to provide a link to your site, we will gladly do so - either by text or by logo image - provided that you in turn permit MeggieSoft Games to provide a link back to your site as an alternative download center.  Also, we will notify you of update releases so that you may remain current.  If you are interested in this arrangement, please email us.

Information for Distributors

If you wish to distribute any or all of the MeggieSoft Games on CD-ROM, you are hereby granted permission to do so, provided that:

1. The installation files and their contents are not amended in any way except, if necessary, changing the names of the installation programs

2. You make no charge for the CD-ROM beyond a reasonable fee for your own efforts with respect to compilation, media manufacture, and distribution

3. You make it clear to your audience that the products are shareware and subject to a registration fee to the author (MeggieSoft Games)

Please contact us if you have customers who might not have internet capable systems.  We will, if you wish, include the full Runtime System, Speech System and Plus Pack in a single installation file so that users will not be required to download these after registration.   We will email you the installation file, or a pointer to it, upon receipt of your request including your company name and method of distribution (magazine insert, retail compilation, etc.).
